How we match the right person to your requirements
Naturally, a temporary worker must be a good fit for your company. But the reverse is no less important to us. Precisely so that, ultimately, we can ensure that he or she is an even better fit for your company. How? You can read about it below.
Step 1: Define the task
Together, we’ll assess your staffing requirements. Through a series of questions, we’ll identify the profile and the relevant skills. In doing so, we’ll focus particularly on what you, as an employer, value most. Ideally, we’ll do this during a face-to-face meeting at your premises. This allows us to see for ourselves what is expected of the new temporary worker.
Step 2: Outlining the timeline
Once all the relevant information has been gathered, a fee is agreed and a timeline is drawn up. This way, you know exactly where you stand. From this point onwards, we’ll be in close contact. Every project is unique, and so is the timeline. We’ll coordinate the communication on this with you.
Step 3: recruitment
If we do not have any available or suitable candidates, we will outsource the assignment. This involves drafting a job advertisement and circulating it within our own network. We will also share the vacancy on social media and job boards. We will then contact all candidates, conduct interviews and assess their language proficiency (English, German or Dutch).
Step 4: accommodation
Once we have reached agreement on the candidate, the accommodation and transport arrangements are put in place. The agency worker is given a warm welcome and provided with all the necessary information. All our properties are SNF-certified and meet all the relevant requirements. We make a conscious choice to provide small-scale accommodation. The rooms are furnished to accommodate a maximum of two people. The properties are fully furnished and equipped. We pay close attention to the living conditions of our staff.
Step 5: mentoring and training
Europrofessionals takes good care of its temporary staff. We help them to obtain a BSN number and/or open a bank account. We assist with visits to the GP and help with the translation of documents. In addition, we place great importance on the development of our staff. This enables them to gain new qualifications and gain experience.
