Through effective recruitment and selection, support and small-scale accommodation, we keep staff turnover low and ensure our agency workers remain healthy and satisfied.

Honesty knows no bounds. That is why Europrofessionals ensures that temporary workers receive a fair wage in accordance with your own collective agreement. We also inform them about the relevant laws and regulations, their rights and obligations, and the standards and values associated with working in the Netherlands.
#3: Personal and approachable
Accessibility is important to us. Our temporary staff have a dedicated contact person who is on hand should they have any questions or concerns. Communication channels are direct and personal. This also applies to you as a client.

Despite a thorough recruitment and selection process, it may happen that the temporary worker is not the right fit for your company after all.
